@@CindyPiper1979 I’m HLA b 27 negative. I have degenerative disc disease and Covid and vaccines made me have Ankylosing.. eat healthy yes.. lots of avocado and water before bed. Best of luck and love 🌸🤍🪴☮️🧘♂️
Dear sir my sister s husband is suffering with heel pain back pain from 3months we consulted orthopaedic but Dr says it's planter fascitis ..after the medications there is no improvement.. finally we consulted a rheumatologist just by seeing my symptoms Dr said I have anklylosing spondylitis and suggested to go for biologic injections which costs 12 k and 12 injections for 6months.. we did Ra factor which was negitive, Hla b27 was also negitive and MRI was also normal .. still do I have anklylosing spondylitis or its other problem.
They are stupids... Doctors even are not sure how to properly diagnose AS... and the worst when you visit a rhumetologist they always think it's AS without giving a second thought. I suggest to look yourself the symptoms because you know them rightly and then do a little research. If you develop back pain especially after mid night and it disrupts sleep then it can be called AS otherwise not... Anyway MRI can detect that provided if you visit a trained sensible rhumetologist.
Sir if a patient having hlab27 negative but by mri shows its ankylosing spondylitis Sir my question is Is it any results shows that remission of hlab27 negative patients is faster that having a patients hlab27 positive Plz answer 🙏

I don't have the HLA-B27, so will a diet help?
In those without the HLA B27 gene, it may not help. You can always give it a try & see.
