I was left with a dissiness that I feel 60 to 70 % of the day with every movement I make.... I feel motion sickness.... The dokter says I have to sit this one out.... It's bin 8 months now.... I had terrible vertigo and could not get out of the bed by myself. I ended up in the ER in the middle of a pandemic. They never told me what the problem was and months later I am still battling slight dizziness and some vertigo at times. I have given up riding my motorcycle and pretty much anything where I am moving around a lot. What causes it and how can I fix it at home??

I have had dizziness with head posture for over 2 months. The epley didn't produce nystagmous. I also might have it in both and I would get the worst of dizzy, it would die down then go again. Thoughts?
