La Cimbali Junior M21 Capilary pipe for brew pressure

I Have exchanged the original gauge with a dual guage showing both boiler pressure and brew pressure. It is connected with the a 1mm capilary pipe from the 3 way valve.

Interesting. Could you do a video which gives the specifics, as in product details? Also how do you descale? Do you attach a tube and drain the boiler or just cycle it through? Thanks. My M21 has declined somewhat in quality lately and I am wondering why.
