I don't think you can. In order to make a dough you need a dough hook.
Alison n My hand mixer came with those attachments.
you can.I made doughnut dough with my hand mixer.but after kneading with mixer for five to seven minutes,switch to using your hands
I did it all with my hands and it worked you just have to kneed because I don't have any mixers
