Thanks. The bit I needed was opening the key, because like you said, it is difficult to remove. I looked at your video and then gently prised the two halves apart, but I didn't drop mine on the floor 😄

Have you checked that the battery type is the same, i.e. CR2032 and try another battery such as Panasonic.
Can you help me why my device does not recognize the GP lithium battery? It's made in Japan.. The lights don't turn on in the key like with the old weak battery that was inside.. I changed the key mat at the same time..

Sain toimimaan. Ostin vartan patterin, oli kai huono kosketus. Taitoin paperinpalan kaksin kerroin painamaan patteria. Tämä näytti aittavan.
