extremely embarrassing run considering i misclicked Snatch on turn 2 when it should be used on turn 3/4, but thank you double MPR2 for saving the run. You don't need the second Snatch MPR and thus don't need the +4E but oh my goodness you would definitely rather grab it considering you need 1 Snatch MPR on top of 1 TM MPR, at least 2 Thunder Wave dodges, and multiple other dodges throughout the run.
