My main tip for you, as an Ochaco main, is to use the Gamma more often. Imo, it's her best move, and it's reliable since most people dont roll out of it and is an easy way to get some combos
Also, about her S.A, I usually use it just to get away or to float in the air and make it harder for people to get me. I dont recommend doing the second option with All Might though, bro actually jumpscared me with the way he just jumped and punched me.

tut how to use Uravity
Quirk A grapple or stab ppl with it but mostly for grappling around the map
Quirk B is for hitting in close distance and throwing it does 70 damage i believe
Quirk Y is to trap people and use combos like use Y than 2 of Quirk A for extra damage
Floating special action is for faster manuvering around the map also giving it to teamates
