For this you will need a stepper motor driver ...
    I will upload one soon!

Hi, is it possible to have schemas or the driver reference to use this motor ? thank you :)

is the ULN2003 is compatible with this motor with external 12v (by removing the jumper ?)

@@franckmoniez2781 hi!! Yes you can use uln2003 but you need a microcontroller (pic 12f629 or other, you can use also arduino) if you search you can find schematic to connect the uln2003 with pc's parallel port .. I will try to make a simple without microcontroller

@@OffGridCrafts OK thank you for your response! I want to keep the torque by using your 12V stepper, not the 5V one which is include with the ULN2003 kit on ebay or alliexpress. So I will buy an uln2003 with the GAL12A-BD, remove the jumper to be able to use a 12V DC source. I am wondering also if the current of this motor is not too high for the uln2003 ?

@@franckmoniez2781 this motor is from air condition flap, and the pcb inside the air condition use uln2003 as output driver.. so all is ok

    Hi,
Mind sharing details on other parts used with this design like the bearings, motor, driver and screws?
Thanks a lot! Really appreciate your sharing with us!

the size without the motor is 31 x 31 x 11 mm .. this tube is 3.2mm with 1.6mm hole. the motor is from air condition's flaps.
the bearings are from a gpu fan olso you can find them from cpu fan the outer diammeter is 8mm ,the inside diammeter is 3mm and the height is 4mm

This is probably an unusual question for you... I saw your video when I had an idea for a fountain that would need to switch between two different sets of feed/drain hoses. I figured that since I couldn't find an actual valve that would do that job, oddly enough... or if that valve can be purchased it is cost prohibitive... I could modify your pump design to basically pinch off the one I don't want open at the time. I made my custom valve just fine using my 3d printer, but the vinyl tubing I got at the hardware store was too rigid to pinch off. Is the tubing you use for your pump made from silicone? Is that more flexible than vinyl tubing? My Google-fu is failing me on this question, I find a lot of websites that focus on the qualities of tubing for homebrewing beer and nothing regarding comparisons of flexibility.

Silicone is better for flexibility, PVC won't work too well.

How is the relation of the size of the outer diameter of the set of roles made according to the external area of the tube?

Where will I get the yellow plastic parts if I don't have a 3d printer?

Won't. You'll have to buy sheets of plastic and shape with tools: saw, file, etc.

    • @priyangeorge1500

Yah, It doesn't work. Motor doesn't have enough speed or torque to make it actually work. Even if you manage to get it working, flow rate is too low.

In case anyone else finds this same comment before going out and buying an entire set of screws, they do not, in fact, appear to be either M2 or M3 screws. I'm guessing they're M2.5, because that's common in a lot of computer electronics and it sounds like the bearings came from dissembling some other electronic components.
