Depends on your build, if you have STR DEX >400 and your STR DEX is higher than VIT then Balmung is better, but if your DEX STR is

You can grind Eternity maze from lvl 30/40 till probably around 170ish... There's a flr with a dark warrior on it that drops revita L, I get a lot of stacks from it.
Also the frog meats good mp recovery buffs

I can do this..the only problem is gonna be equips...using beginner sword , black armor ,random add with vit+dex4 xtal and tilia talisman 😂😂😂..my stats str+dex+vit.... I'm knight..gonna be gladi😅

Suggestion instead of ideaus or fod on spec 2s use boss mimic if your job has high str base
