Cops when Ramee asks them a yes or no question "Its not a yes or no question" starts waffling. Cops when Ginger starts waffling after being asked a question "Its a yes or no question" Judge "Awnser yes or no"
The reason why saying raymond was ginger friend was bad. Is that the prosecution was trying to prove ginger and raymond were doing the crime together. So all they had to do was somehow prove that Raymond and ginger were more than friends, accomplices/ partners
Even if they somehow proved that they worked together, that wouldn’t be enough to prove that she was at the scene of this specific crime. Bringing Raymond into this as the friend who gave Ginger the keys in this situation would be a VERY good alibi for her, although it might not overrule the fact that it was such a small time period and she was wearing the same exact outfit as the person who committed the crime.
@davidschmidt2081 are you serious a miss trial would prove there is no evidence to hold someone for those charges as the judge said these charges are tickets not hold till court charges
@davidschmidt2081 here a little bit more if you don't like that reply 🙄 Mistrial is defined as a trial rendered invalid through an error in the proceedings
@mcdowelltravis5 "A mistrial, in essence, temporarily leaves the case in limbo until decisions can be made about how and when to move forward." For your first comment, no, a mistrial does not have to mean there's no evidence, it can happen for all sorts of reasons. To your second point, yes, it renders the trial invalid, what's your point? That is true, the charges aren't just dropped, though, except in rare cases where the state doesn't decide to pursue the charges anymore. The trial is found to be invalid so they schedule a new one.
That's exactly the kind of case you should want Crane to be opposition on, an absolute lay-up of a case. Getting pushed on the easiest of cases makes you stronger in the challenging cases. I'll cut Ramee some slack cause he was cooked, but you should always be looking at what the charges are and how to disprove that and it should always be cemented in your mind who the initial officer on scene is, if you mess up that single detail it will always make you look like an amateur. Joyriding should of been super easy to disprove, the first question you should of asked each officer is was there any sign of the vehicle being tampered with, second thing should be her relationship with Ray (an employee and friend of his), third thing her clean record; that establishes she did not steal it, she has no motive to deprive her boss of his property, and no history of doing anything remotely like that. Speaking to her reluctance to name drop Ray it's obviously because he is her boss and interns are supposed to fall on the sword for people up the food chain, but you can muddy the waters speaking to Ray's generous nature and how he could of loaned that to any one of like 50 interns before her and with her brain injury its really hard to keep track of all of them.
@@devinmyer5784 If you have the patience to sit through over an hour of court RP you probably don't have a problem with reading a few paragraphs. If you skipped through the video just to see the verdict, you probably are thinking TLDR.
It's funny that Ramee thinks Crane was somehow throwing him off, when Crane was keeping him from shooting himself in the foot. Also, there was zero reason for the joyriding charge in the first place, the fact Ramee thought they were getting that charge is hilarious, and pretty clearly shows he has zero idea how law actually works. The prosecution is essentially accusing her of being in the car WITH Ray, how could she possibly get joyriding then if she is later found driving in HIS car, which was never reported stolen, nor did they check with the owner of the car if she was allowed to be driving it.
This outcome should have been obvious to anyone. She ran a red light and they had no evidence to support any other charges other than the similar outfits. There are always characters who are dressed blacked out with masks and helmets on in the city. The defense should NEVER have to disprove something, the prosecution HAS TO PROVE GUILT, BEYOND THE SHADOW OF A DOUBT.
Even though she was wearing what was dicripted in the first inital chase no face no case. Cant id the entire time cant continue to hold person for that crime
That would still be joyriding by how it's written, he had to prove she didn't steal it even if it was only temporary. He didn't even need to talk about it because the cops gave zero evidence it was stolen. Stop pretending like you know how things work in a court room, you have no idea. And certainly less than Ramee.
Crane trying to mentor ramee with the Tough love this case is kinda cute lmao
yeah crane is giving him really good experience here for future cases
He does a good job at facilitating RP, pretty much always a positive interaction.
Ramee W mans
Stayed up for this when he was goin off
Really wish Ramee would spend stream or two with a judge or crane just going over the fundamentals. Could really help him
Bro is way too ADHD to pay attention to all that
That would be fun to watch true
What if he could shadow Crane for a day?? Would improve his understanding and what he can challenge more!
he cant with his adhd @@isabellad7396
Ramee not a criminal lawyer he’s a “criminal” lawyer. He’s waiting to get debarred no need to invest lol
I am 100% sure Crane gamble his point in ramee's chat for a lose and act on it :D
25:00 is so funny
wow what a trial
He got lucky that dumbf 1 and 2 didnt know how to do their job 🤣
that's exactly the reason why he won. Ramee himself literally told them that it wont go well if they want a bench trial lmao
Lucky? I'm 30 mins in seems like an easy case for ramen.

Cops when Ginger starts waffling after being asked a question "Its a yes or no question"

when will these cops learn to do their due diligence and stop trying to cut corners if they want to prove their case?
never because they will never get punished
these were cadets

the police girl literalyt lying on court as a cadet lmfao
Court documants should only be typed in black ink miss trial due to some statements that are not written in black ink cannot be used in court
A mistrial only delays the trial. It doesn't drop charges. What would be the benefit of delaying?

Ramee is the GOAT wtf
i love this judge
46:23 "...no." 😅
Ramee deffo could be much better, even tho in this instance he had small tine to prepare, loving the content Ramos
He was tired
If half his words weren't "uuuuh... uuuhhhh..." and a fountain of saliva then he would actually be decent
When Crane is there, I hear Drake's track "Daddy's Home. Daddy's Home."

EZ basically beat Crane. Thats my lawyer 😂
Officer can you tell me if being suspicious is a crime enough to arrest

Should have asked your client. What her intentions were with the vehicle she was giving if she says return it no joyridding charge
did anything happen to the 2 cadets after that ?
Ramee wishes he was Wolverine
Yeah he defo has the ACDC, just like he admitted
Idk y this guy can’t even pay attention even a little when it comes to when ppl talk to him lol

Thank you
Ramos isnt good at trial. Dude definitely cant wing it. He need to build his case before trial even starts.
I actualy feel bad for Ramee they have 5 people there verse 2 and they just keep stringing the questions when they have already answered
Case would have been a lot better if the cops had a real prosecutor
Chat being yikes.
I hate officer johnson

I like him
He’s actually funny lol

Why did john sound sad? Did he get hoppers?
Probably yeah

well its kind of the judges job to know the law
Correct no proof even that ray gave it to her
She never stole the car
Ramee is a great content creator but a terrible lawyer. They handed this to him on a silver platter and he almost fumbled it 😂
Terrible? No.

Stealing a car is joyriding orthe takening of a vehicle without wanteing to give it back
Crane dontand shouldn't agree because you never proved her intent
