What an intelligent man, you can tell that despite his regimented career based upon a foundation of following orders ant is a free thinker and his own man. What a great podcast Gary, your guests are getting better and better.
The discussion on Ant's arrest and prison time gets a great chapter in his book, "First Man In". Anyone who enjoys his insights and reflections via podcasts like this should read it. 👍 Not only are his accounts and memories on his military/ early life brilliantly written, but there is amazing lessons and advice on life packed in there. Likewise, his "The Fear Bubble" book is a great story about his summit of Mount Everest, alongside chapters on his past, and advice on how to overcome fears, challanges in daily life.
Very interesting interview and very respectful. Ant strikes me as a good man who has served his country under the most difficult circumstances. Top man All the best Brett
Another great interview. I think that you are 50% brave and 50% crazy to have done what you have done . I also think that your wife must be a strong woman as well.
Two world wise common sense people. You guys should run for politics, unfortunately we don't have enough people like you guys to bring some sense back into the world.
I’ve been drinking all day!! I haven’t spoken to the cop but I know he would have dealt with it differently. Position of authority !! If you gotta try and justify assaulting police officers, on a podcast, perhaps you aren’t the man you think you are. PTSD is a dreadful thing. But please, try and get help, and leave the hard man narrative out of the law breaking stories. Massive respect for your service. Your potential section 18/20 assaults on the local police? Justify away but we,and you know, you can’t.

Nice interview lot to like about Ant, personally I wouldn't be around someone that can't actively listen only talk. 50/50
Not best seller just a drug dealer buying his own books good one though
