Whip fishing is great for a day -or even if you only have an hour or two - tip - don't talk to camera with the fish in you hand - we know what a roach etc looks like - no need to wave it around , also , I have a small folding bucket from Decathlon , I fill it from the lake and dip my hand in before handing the fish - that dried groundbait on your hand will be like sandpaper , pretty sure you took some scales off one fish - no need for bud. Love the intros - so true about the nature side of angling -nice one .
Thank you very much for the nice comment, its ones like this that allow you to judge if videos are being received well, thank you. tight lines n your own fishing sam and kirky.
thats my kinda day.... put the bait out...dont worry too much about size of fish, its just nice to see that float going under..an have the crack with pals etc... ida been tempted to chuck a small feeder over with a bigger hookbait perhaps hoping to snare summat whilst i eat me sarnies an have cuppa..
Nice fishing there Danny and some cracking Bream, they didnt fight like Bream from what i could tell! usually they pretty much just come straight in with no fight. That tray you used for your groundbait is i'm pretty sure the exact same one that i use for my groundbait! always mix about a kilo for a days session that does me and i have it in that tray, mixed with corn and pellets or casters depending on which baits i have for the session. Nice looking river, has very little to no tow on it which is odd. Fishing at Makins tomorrow should be phase one lake two...hopefully a bagging day on mainly the method feeder and pole! tight lines and catch you in the next one.
cheers mark was an enjoyable session but deffo was looking at new whips, technology has moved on since i was bought this as kid :-) arms where killing me sunday
Glad you enjoyed tyhe video and thank you fro taking the time to comment, the main line was 2lb1oz bayer perlon and hook length 1lb7oz bayer perlon. Danny
I've now watched a few of your vids..I apologise if I haven't put a 👍and liked them all...But I will in future. .You give good advice and are good on camera...Plus you fish in my part of the country..You are a Scouser aren't you ?😃
Great video Danny, the feeding information is useful - than you! One thing that is bothering me is the footage on the bank is all mirror image (all the writing is reversed) the footage on the industrial estate is correct. I was just wondering why?
Cheers ralph glad you enjoyed it mate, i have no idea why it is doing it, i record all my videos on my mobile phone camera, i know the footage on the industrial estate was front facing, and a lot of the blog is back so i can see im in shot etc. maybe its that. will investigate.
There is a setting on the front-facing camera of a mobile phone to reverse the image (mirror image) so all the girls can do their makeup on the way to work - perhaps you forgot to turn it off after you did your makeup - for the filming, of course! ;-)
lmao, sssshhhh all the other viewers think its just down to a filter haha. cheers for that mate i think found it!, few videos in back log so least sorted form now on. nice 1 ;-)
