RECIPE:
Guinness stout cupcake:
-1 cup Guinness stout
-1 cup room temp. butter
-3/4 cup dutch processed cocoa powder
-2 cup all purpose flour
-2 cup sugar
-1 1/2 tsp baking soda
-3/4 tsp salt
-2 eggs
-2/3 cup sour cream
(Bake at 350 degrees F for 17 minutes)
Whiskey ganache:
-8 oz. white chocolate
-2/3 cup heavy cream
-2 tbsp room temp. butter
-2 hefty tsp Jameson
Frosting:
-2 cup room temp. butter
-5 cup powdered sugar
-6 tbsp Irish Cream Liqour
