You’re right. It’s just a personal preference. David plays the piece more dynamically, capturing its spirit. I like that better. What you call balance feels a bit mechanical to me. But either way, it’s an awesome piece that I couldn’t play if I lived another hundred years!

メッセージありがとうございます。そうです。穴が二つあいていて、結果弦の進入角度がきつくなり、音がクリアになると言われています。実際のところそんなに変わらない気もします...。
ご回答ありがとうございます。画期的な発明と思い、ブリッジに穴を開けようかと思いましたが、名手がそんなに変わらないと感じているならやめたほうが良さそうですね。
Kyoji YAMAGISI 穴を二つあけても、従来通り一つ穴で使用したりもしています。お店や製作家の方にご相談されることをお勧めします…
