What is the purpose of that frog looking character in Sonson running across the screen at 1:27 that does nothing if you touch and does nothing if you shoot it? What triggers it to appear (doesn't always appear here) and does the character have a name?

Gun.Smoke and Advengers have their Japanese names only because of the copyrighted names can be claimed by another company. Same with Trojan from the last collection (even if it is condoms).

Underwhelming I think. No punisher, Cadillacs, AVP, xmen, Jojo’s, etc etc. I know some people think licensing is a “nightmare” but Koch media and arcade1up manage to do it just fine. So many great cps1-3 games to be cashed in on. I bought the ps2 compilations for £8 each and think they look and play better

Hope they do these with arcade vol.3 or sth next year as it’s 40th anniversary.

The reason Capcom couldn't do it was because Koch Media and Arcade 1Up already got the license rights to those games. Capcom would had to wait for the rights to expire before they could grab it again. Koch Media got the AVP rights from both Capcom and whoever own the AVP properties while Arcade 1Up got the MARVEL rights from both Capcom and Disney for arcade rom usage and sale. If Capcom want to use the AVP and MARVEL rights they had to wait for the license rights from both party to expire, doing so when both still had the license rights will result in both Koch Media and Arcade 1Up suing Capcom for breaking contract.

@@VOANI will bet you my mortgage that those deals will expire and Capcom will still show no interest

Fighting games are awsome but i see ur point like knowing we could’ve got a different selection of games 😅

I love fighting games but also there are already several collections of fighting games out there. And the ones featured here are on those collections. Would just be interesting to see different games and not SF2 ported for the millionth time.

Your voice is a mixture of Shrek and Lottie from the exploited 🤣🍻 for 60$ on the Xbox, you can get Capcom arcade stadium vol 2, Capcom fighting collection and street fighter 30th anniversary all in one bundle. Now that's a fuckin deal
