Guides Training 2023 - African Bush Camps

At African Bush Camps, we know that an exceptional safari experience requires an extraordinary guide. That’s why we dedicate ten days each year to an intensive guide re-training program, closing all of our Experiences to ensure every ABC guide participates. During this rigorous training, guides hone essential skills such as tracking, shooting, and safely approaching wildlife on foot. They also face unexpected mock scenarios designed to challenge their emergency response abilities and first aid knowledge.
While demanding, our Guide Training Program is both engaging and inspiring. Over time, we’ve seen remarkable advancements in our guides' expertise, confidence, and professionalism.
