@@BriarRose74 I'm also in the US and it's a phrase I've heard often in my area. It's interesting how different phrases can be common in one part of a country and not in another.
My aunt got married to her current husband less than a year of dating. When I asked her about it, she said older people tend to have a better idea of what to look for in partners. I wonder if that's the same thing going on here.
Anyone can ALWAYS break off a relationship unilaterally. "I didn't agree to that!" is totally irrelevant. He doesn't have to agree. It doesn't matter if he agrees. If either one of them says it's over, then it's over.
Could you stop writing stories where the main character marries a rebound boyfriend/girlfriend less than a year later. Ffs, that's such a bad coping mechanism to be promoting
He came up with this excuse bc hes cheating!! Run FAR away and let karma have her fun with him!! Edit, WOW i was right, he is cheating and admitted it, damn!! RUN GIRL RUUUUUN!!!!!!!!
Pfft. Really? Hubby and I were engaged early, but it took 7 years to get married. It's not her fault. There are many reasons for the wait. Don't judge.
I don’t think this is the first time he has made her feel ‘not enough’. I think he has been subtly undermining her confidence through most of their relationship. When women are made to feel like they aren’t good enough for a better man, they wait quietly because they see their long relationship as their only chance to marry and have a family.
Judgmental much? It's not uncommon for people to get engaged after the 5 year mark. People aren't always ready until much later when they have their life together with clear idea on what they want for their future. It's very common in many places where people are waiting until they are in their 30's to get married and have a family as well.
It's two different guys. Months went by and she was engaged to someone else. You probably finished the story after commenting and found that out though 😅
5 years later after proposing, all of a sudden so many excuses…he met someone else…he totally wasted her time…
Yep, he is pulling every excuse out of his hat to get her to break up. He is too cowardly to just say I want to break up.
I had my youngest at 36 and it was a nice easy pregnancy and delivery, and our youngest was born perfectly healthy and happy.
My mom was 35 when she had my youngest sister. The only health issue she had was gestational diabetes. Neither one of them have diabetes now.
I had my youngest at 38, no problems, perfectly healthy!
I have never heard anyone say men start becoming charming and attractive at 30 😂
Me either. I've heard that "women age like wine and men age like milk". LOL
I don't know how common this phrase is in other places of the world.
@@dragonfliesnh4204- I haven’t heard that (US), but so appropriate lol 😂

I've heard it, and I'm in the US as well. In New York, at the time I heard it.
Maybe if you are a cougar 😅
I enjoyed the notice of time passing being labeled "six mothers later".
My wife got pregnant at 34, our twins are perfect.
My sister had a friend who had her first son at 40, and five years later she had a set of twins.
My kids were born when I was 34 and 36. They're great.
❤🤗 to you and your babies.
I had my first child at 30, and my last child at 37. My oldest is turning 21 in November.

Nancy thought her son was an idiot, but she doesn't know Taylor

6 mothers later?
I was just about to post that very same comment.🤣
I had my youngest daughter at 40. It was fine she’s 22 already.
I had 6 kids. The last three were when I was 37, 38 and 41. My oldest (I was 21) is now 51 my youngest 31. It can be done and they were all fine!!!
It couldn't happen to a better fella....
You need to get the right use of their, they’re in these stories.

8:00 6 Mother's later?
😂😂😂
Heard it before. It was on one of the two other good channels with these actors.
Which channels?
@@WraythSkitzofrenikApple Texts and iTexts. Something like those. They stopped coming out with new videos a month a so ago though 😓
Watching “I Love Lucy”, do you think that Lucille Ball was an old lady? Because she gave birth to Desi Arnaz jr / little Ricky at age 43.
8:00 Six "mothers" later??
Right? I was going to comment the same thing!
People like this annoy me,for lltge last time, 30s for women is not old!!
Broke up and then marries rebound guy at the 6 month after break up point.... no wonder she gets her time wasted.
To be fair I married after only 4 months of dating. We had our 44th anniversary earlier this month. I know that is rare but it can work out.
It's totally her fault. Waiting 5 years for the proposal? Plainly, he had no interest in marrying her until he thought of the plan for total control.

Not her fault

Yeah, no. I’ve been with my partner 6 years in August and he hasn’t proposed because we aren’t ready yet

My mother was 41 when I was born...
So…He was completely raised by a single mom, but is worried about his dad’s opinion? Hm. Ghost dad? 🫥
That's not his mother, the single mother is Maggie's new fiancee's mom. Taylor is not raised by a single mother. I think you got confused.
