【故事简介】出自《隋唐演义》，唐朝名将郭子仪官封汾阳王，其六子郭暧（庄雪娟饰）更获代宗（吴泽饰）赐婚，与君蕊公主（方巧玉饰）结为夫妇。郭子仪（郑克义饰）和夫人鲍金花（周乐饰）七十双寿，郭暧欲偕妻子向父母拜寿，君蕊以君不拜臣为由失约。郭暧回宫时粉碎门前宫灯泄愤，更指责君蕊不守妇道。君蕊却责怪郭暧不行君臣礼。郭暧则反驳称其父于帝有功，君蕊闻言指他以臣辱君。郭暧一怒之下掌掴君蕊，拂袖而去。君蕊要求父皇处斩驸马，郭子仪亦绑子入宫请罪。代宗先是假装发怒，待君蕊回心转意始训示女儿，风波终告平息，郭暧、君蕊和好如初。 - ภาพยนตร์และแอนิเมชัน

Watching this popular opera again, and you have to agree Fang Qiao Yu is the best cast for the beautiful spoiled princess. Her expressions are so real and perfect. Chng Sok Kiang as the prince make the perfect match.

Opera Kweek Ce Ngi Pai Siu adalah salah satu opera kesukaan saya . Pemerannya : Cheng Sok Kiang , Pheng Kha Geek , Gouw Chek, Lie Khim , Lim Che Ngie . Cuma sayang tidak ada endingnya , filmnya belum selesai belum tamat. Di akhir cerita Hu Be tidak pukul menampar wajah Kong Cu tetapi Hu Be membelai wajah Kong Cu
