Thank you Bro. Payne! ~ Such a blessing as always ~ Through the years of my Grandmother's lessons, she would say "there is a difference between a song, that is simply played well and one, that is well played." - After hearing you play this glorious favorite, which has become more of a Christmas Hymn ~ I think that I now understand my Grandmother's words ~ WELL PLAYED, my Brother! - God Bless and thank you for sharing!! 🎄🎹🎄 (Absolutely loved it! 🎶🙏)
How beautifully you play this Christmas hymn. I'm so glad to see you from the front, you do not look old enough to have a son-in-law. I so look forward to your daily Christmas songs. You are truly a blessing.
@apayne1116 I can tell you from experience grandchildren are a blessed gift! I have 8 ages 6-23. You and your wife will truly enjoy watching your grandchildren remind you of your child. I'm truly excited for y'all.
I was surprised to see your post of the day here! Great piano playing on this regal Christmas hymn! I love your playing always and it's neat to see this view of the piano to showcase your magic!!
All I can say is Beautiful. It's my favorite song at Christmas. Gonna guess you play mainly by ear and perhaps read music. I often wonder, do you come up with your arrangements as you sit down and record these videos or work on the ahead of time? Also, I agree with another person's comment that you don't seem to be old enough to have a son-in-law, lol.
Praise The Lord! I do play mostly by ear. Sometimes I do need to run through a song before recording it as Christmas songs aren't typically played as often throughout the year...🙂 Yes, I have a son-in-law, and two daughter‐in-laws and a precious grandchild on the way! God has definitely been good to me and my family!
@apayne1116 still say you look too young to have son & daughters-in-laws, lol. Congratulations on the coming grandchild. I have 7 grandchildren and out of the 7, one granddaughter. I play piano & organ and have done so since high school in the late '60's, with a few years off for kids. God didn't bless me with playing by ear, but with the ability to learn to play through lessons and with a great teacher. I just wished I could have taken them longer to be able to do a little more improvising. Again, congratulations on the coming grandchild.
Beautiful playing🤍! I’m so glad that Jesus came down to Earth for us! This is absolutely amazing, wonderful, and beautiful!🤍✝️
