Been out rc racing for some years, back when I was racing shaft drive Accociated T models.............So seems like XRay and Schumacher are the chassis to run in 1/10 scale electric right?

Reading the IFMAR rules, it stated that 1/10 Electric on road races will be held on even years. How come there is a race in 2021? Im confused.
