He came along with Kemuel member Priscila Olly, in his case it was kind of a coincidence, because Priscila's mother had said she could only go if Beresix went with her and when she arrived at Kemuel House, David Marx asked him if he could sing and he said yes and in that David liked his voice too and put him in the group.
