Hello no, the price is reasonable the environment and neighborhood is excellent We live in a terraced house on the second line of Calle San Sebastian with 75 square meters for rent Purchase price 250 to 350 thousand euros When we arrived here in 2012 the houses cost 150 to 180 thousand prices are higher now The new price in 2003 was 220 thousand..saludos desde España😎😎

@@daidavies6210 yes you are right. Prices changing over the year. It is your personal if you want to pay higher or lower prices the last 3 years. You will never pay the real price of the plots. If you go to the office in Torrevieja you are wondering what price is original for your or other plots are registered. My friends payed 165 000 for an apartment...all other at the Urb are same price but at register office only written on 148 000 EU. It too funny here in Spain. In my Urb the same on the signs 189 000 and at office only 139000..😂😂😂 if you want a house so bad you pay the price... That's the reality here. 💪😎😱😂😇🌴🌴🌴
