If you go to the office in Torrevieja you are wondering what price is original for your or other plots are registered. My friends payed 165 000 for an apartment...all other at the Urb are same price but at register office only written on 148 000 EU. It too funny here in Spain. In my Urb the same on the signs 189 000 and at office only 139000..😂😂😂 if you want a house so bad you pay the price... That's the reality here. 💪😎😱😂😇🌴🌴🌴
