Not sure how much really changed between Papa III and Copia/Papa IV
I feel like he's just been trying to find exactly how he wanted to sound. I feel like he's pretty much settled on the sound he wants in the last few albums. Don't see much more change coming. Unless he decides to growl more or something.

Elizabeth is my favourite song they have ever made
Tobias's vocals are so strong in this performance, especially in the final chorus. There's a depth and richness to his voice in addition to the rasp when he sings 'Bathory'. Love it.
Tobias Forge is such an amazing singer, it‘s absolutely incredible. The sometimes operatic voice is really making me wince. Awesome

@@kr1s77. tobias' vocal register has changed over time, elizabeth has always been a difficult song to play live because of the high notes that tobias cannot normally reach without straining his voice, if you pay close atention to the live version a lot of the notes sound strained and unsupported. so tobias decided to remove the song from the setlist of the tours to not hurt his voice

I like it for the same reason I like most Ghost songs: *clean vocals* which are usually immediately intelligible, heavy riffs, interesting themes, good writings, and unusual mashups of fun sounds with horror themes.
