Thursday Murder club shot to the top of one of my most favourite reads. I can’t believe you don’t love these characters from the get go. When I read the second book I just felt like it was coming home to family. I hope I’m in a retirement village with a Thursday Murder Club some day and somebody like Elizabeth is my bestie 😁

I have tea calendars from Lipton and Pukka. Lipton is repeating the tea flavors so I've kinda lost my interest to it. But Pukka calendar have a different tea flavor in every day and I love that!
We share a love of coconut and also of porridge (well, oatmeal). My fave is the two together, if you haven't tried that, highly recommended. Have NOT tried adding chocolate to that mix, though....

Snowball tea! I almost forgot to tell you I'm halfway through my reread of A Christmas Carol!What lovely book covers! 🥞 😋‼️ 🎅🏻 ☕️‼️ 🍑 & mint?‼️ Chocolate Tea! The Thursday Murder Club sounds like fun! I feel you, I'm making stocking stuffers for my coworkers, and its pretty difficult because tying the ribbons into perfect bows is not very easy! Strawberry Yay!!! PS: Just this morning I was listening to Little Women on audible and got as far as chapter 9. As for In A Holidaze I don't have to long away to go but its still kind of sad because December is nearly over! Last but not least I have 28 chapters to go in a Royal Governess which is bittersweet because Edward VIII/David has officially abdicated the throne of England!
It is so wierd, because I have the white version of the english tea shop calendar, and it’s 25 different flavors. No repeat. I guess they have different amount of teas in the different series or something…
When you described the plot of the book,I had visions of Mrs Marple and Jessica from Murder She Wrote teaming up to solve the case:that murderer's in serious trouble so!😁
I think that saying that you can't have something because you're vegan can make wrong impression on non-vegans and it puts idea that veganism is some bad restrictive religion. It's better to say and think that you can eat everything you want to, you just chose not to. "I can't" vs "I chose not to" makes big difference.
I’ve been vegan for nearly 6 years and in my videos I show myself eating lots and lots of variety and loads of fun vegan foods so it’s clear veganism isn’t restrictive! To me, I CAN’T eat those foods AND be vegan because the two contradict each other, that doesn’t mean veganism isn’t a choice - it definitely is!
@@ciarascorner yess! I've been vegan a couple years longer and feel the same! It's not restrictive it's just that we can't have things and still remain vegan. People who would get upset or turned off by simple word choices like that would likely get turned off no matter how we spoke honestly!
