Next hide or hunt, I’d suggest using hoppers to put stuff into chests so you don’t have to uncrouch

Creepersedge place slabs on ceiling so you will shift even when you open chestand furnace

For the next season they should make a base right next to an admin bad so like inside of the admin base break part of the wall to go to your base.
I got an idea how to improve your base for next round - create half-block and place it near the beacon.
When crafting or accessing other containers, go to the 1.5 block space - it will keep you sneaking even when in GUI.

Put slabs above your head in the base so your always cruoching
You should make a jumping path thorough water with wood or cobble and place your base under that. I've noticed no one checks under those jumping blocks.

Make a test base somewhere make it 2 high put slabs on the ceiling then crouch under them that should keep you crouched all the time without holding the crouch key all the time the 2 high becomes 1.5 high when crouched you can fit under

Honestly, you guys probably could have left Raven or you back at the base as a guard and the other two hunt bases and for gear. The ledge is so close you could easily push them off and instantly reduce their numbers.

Why do you guys not make shields or water buckets or lava buckets or crossbows or use the block place trick when falling to reduce fall damage?
