I am so impressed at the amount of attention you put into preparing nutritious food whether it’s lunch or dinner and I’m sure you do the same thing for breakfast and showing that many of the items you put together use convenient food like premade meatballs premade sauce but you’re just showing how easy it is to do it love that

My dad used to make lunches like these I was a picky eater as a kid the only veggie I liked was Asparages. the only fruit I liked was apples\apple sauce. over time I did enjoy more veggies because my dad would make special lunches and wanted us to try veggies. Mom did the same thing as well but dad's were always better because he put fresh veggies in our lunches and made fresh food since he used to be a cook.
