For myth 79, it is actually correct . If you put a bottle of water in a fridge for 4 hours at a temperature of 3 degrees, the water will go into a status where it will turn into ice instantly if you shake it.

The carrot one is actually very interesting. basically during WW2 the British had invented and incorporated sonars but they didn't want the Nazis to know that and so they started making publicity that carrots give better vision and it actually worked since no one ever found out.
Edit: a big portion of these is true but you simply didn't have the skill to do it (like breaking a glass using voice) or simply not good conditions (like the water one) or just didn't do them correctly (like the one where you used vegetables to charge an iphone since you can't just plug in the usb, you actually need stuff to conduct the electricity or picking a lock with scissors since I have succeeded
