It has come to our attention that SML has also uploaded a Koopalings episode a few hours before us; but we assure you all, this is merely a crazy coincidence. Taking into consideration the vast amount of Mario Plush videos people make, its only natural that similar plot lines will inevitably occur. In the end, it doesn't really matter who was "first" or "better", each video has something special and unique to offer, and every experience is different.
We hope you enjoy both SML's and CMB's Koopaling videos! We'll be back with a brand new episode soon! :)

A similar situation happened to me, where I put months of work into a project, but got attacked because viewers assumed I had copied SML's "Home Alone", which was coincidentally posted right before my video with a similar title. I really hope this video doesn't get attacked. Clearly your content is completely original, and there's plenty of evidence that you worked on this for a solid chunk of time. You really don't deserve to be targeted.
Yep. Your only thing related to SML's video, was Junior being home-alone. Your video, however, is more of a movie, while SML's 2 videos are like small episodes.

Personally, I don't like Mario parodies like SML. I like more serious takes on the Mario plush stories that follow the video games, cartoons, and movie adaptations. I like how some videos are calling the koopalings Bowser's nephews, as the current story is they are not his kids, but it seems like they still have close ties. I also think this is sort of a nice nod to the Super Mario Brothers movie, where Iggy admits to being Bowser's nephew. I also like how your remixed the Mario voice and made it less "Micky-mousy." Charles Martinet is a good voice actor, but I don't like Mario's super squeaky voice, toning it down enough to make him seem "real" without throwing it out entirely, was a good move, in my opinion, a nice compromise between old and new. I think your camera shots could have been a little better, and maybe you could have come up with a stronger story. My advice would be to watch a couple of episodes of the Super Mario Brothers Super Show, mainly Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World, and make a list of everything they could have done to improve, and then try to tell a plush story a bit like that, only with you unique ideas. Plush stories that are accurate to the games and cartoons take a lot of work to pull off, though, so kudos to you for trying. I hope you continue to make videos and perfect your craft!
Kenz yeah I agree with you! I prefer real Mario videos that are actually related to the video games! Although, Mario's voice might be a little to deep that he is quite.

Cute Mario Bros= My Childhood
I used to watch Cute Mario Bros all the time, but I grew a lot closer to Super Mario Bros. Once I really got to know Super Mario Logan better, I just watched them 24/7. It's not just because it takes Cute Mario Bros a long time to make a video, I'm not trying to be rude. Although, Cute Mario Bros have more class that Super Mario Bros, and defienetely keep the storyline every video. For Super Mario Logan, it doesn't at all, but it is way funnier at times, and they put my favorite characters more often. After about 6 years, I'd say I like Cute Mario Bros, though, I mean, Luigi is awesome, and Super Mario Logan really never puts him in videos!
