Here's a tip for you. Starting out, grab a rake and beat up a guard. It takes two hits. Then, grab his baton, and beat up all the other guards (one hit KO with a baton ONLY ON CENTER PERKS!!). Then it'll say the main gates are open, and walk out. If there's a purple lock on the doors, it means that a guard is walking around again.
HMP 1 day is impossible unless you find a glitch that can get you balsa wood faster. San Pancho is doable but I haven't found a way across the minefield that doesn't involve digging 12 spaces which makes 1 day impossible.

I escaped in the fourth day well i couldn't even tell my friends to do what i say when they had full opinion but this helped me see where the items are. my heart is getting like a heart attack after all the guards were chasing me at the rocket when i was about to put the fingerprint,keycard and voice recorder
So I just realised that you can tie guards and take the key after making a god dam patty and then getting plastic key and after that getting trapped in a room...
yo fox i have a little escape plan on center perks 1.make sure ur not on shake down(if u are leave it to another day) 2.do ur laundry quota but take a clean guard outfit with you 3.put it in ur desk(and keep going on all Rollcalls to make sure ur not on shakwdown with the guard outfit 4.craft a bed dummy 5.next day get a cell key,wad of puty,molten plastic 6.craft a plastic cell key 7.at lights out place the bed dummy,put on ur gaurd outfit WARNING u need to do do the 7 8 9 step at atleast at 4:00 am 8.get out of ur cell and knock out a guard with the red key 9.rush outside even if ur chased by cops get throught the gate And You Escaped
Yetty... A faster way is to get your strength to 30-35 and loads of duct tape and do a prison takeover, where you beat up nearly every guard and stroll out the front door. Done
hey man i was thinking of other prisons you could speed run and i thought of banned camp because all you need is red key to get to the wall of the guard area, sturdy shovel or pikaxe to dig underground to get into the guard area, guard outfit to go throught the doors south of the building and the red key again to get to the boat area. I've seen you do harder so i hope this one you will do. :)

Nah. 2 files cut more than flimsy cutters and duct tapes are precious. Finding 3 is hard enough and speed wasn't necessary.
