That Sue murder question was absolutely wild. 😂 Love No Buffs! Honestly my favorite Survivor recap podcast, and that's with me being a huge fan of RHAP. I just love laughing along with everyone and while there's great analysis, the vibe and easy going nature of this show is what I love the most. Keep it up gang!
50:39 I guess to try and keep Sol from looking for the camp idol? But then Rome spends the next day stalking him, making it pretty clear that an idol was rehidden at camp.
JD: I lived off the Danforth in TO too! Many years! How cool that you boys are from Stratford and Toronto!!!!!!! And you happen to be the best podcast on Survivor out there cos we can laugh!!!!
I feel you TK, i own a yellow pair of trainers that seem normal enough to me, but I've had some unnecessarily visceral reactions to them, like I'm Jason walking at them with two yellow machetes on my feet
46:31 She was also worried about how it would look to Kishan and Teeny if she just immediately agreed to vote out her number 1 ally, no questions asked. Because they could think, “Well if she’s willing to turn on him that easily, what’s to stop her from doing that to us?”
45:54 I thought this during the episode that it was a bad idea to leave a duo in the game that has a steal a vote when you’re going into a tribe of 5, and episode 4 proved it. It was clear Kishan and Teeny wanted to work with everyone except Rome, and Kishan confirmed that in his exit interviews, so why wouldn’t you stick with the duo where you like both of the people in it? He was trying to get too cute with it, plus he and Teeny misread Genevieve. Aysha got a lot of flack after episode 3, but ultimately she had a better read on the tribe (3 tight duos) and Kishan and Teeny should’ve voted out Genevieve to neutralize Rome and his steal a vote, which Aysha didn’t even know about.
Are the top people in the fantasy pool buying extra tokens and diamonds to get extra advantages? I feel like that’s the only way they’re getting so many points. My husband and I are just in it to compete against each other and the No Buffs crew 😉
Rome throwing Aysha and Sol under the bus might not have been the best plan now, because it now looks like he doesn't have a clue when they see Aysha was voted out at 1st tribal for them. Makes him look a bit unreliable for info.
@peacebanks5777 Yeah, that could be the other way they could look at it. I guess it depends how long passes between journey and voting, because I've been thinking the vote was the next day after the journey. So to me, how much could you have been "running everything" at Lavo if you're voted out next day at the 1st tribal for your tribe. I would look at that as they weren't running everything, and Rome either is lying, paranoid, or makes bad reads. The other alternative would be someone making a big play (and the others on the journey I think would assume Rome did knowing there's an advantage available, so that also doesn't help). Essentially, his plan only worked if Aysha and/or Sol made it to merge.
@@comedygeek if they had gone to rocks he was absolutely in danger lol he had 1 in 4 shot of going home(if tiyana didn’t flip) so that’s when he decided to play it to keep himself safe from the rock draw

Getting Gorton’s Fisherman vibes from Trey…just feel like I can really trust what he’s saying.

Regarding the food thing, I've never had Nutella. I'm afraid I'll like it and will always have to have it in the house.

Good.
Or the tribe got together and voted “power duo” out

If Gabe was gonna play it, why did he bother doing the second trial for the 3 tribals version of the idol? Such a waste!

@@cantremember817 But he made it sound like he was gonna play it regardless. No chatter that he was in danger. Just a strange choice. 🤷♂️

@@cantremember817 I guess it never seemed like rocks were a real risk. But fair! Who knows on the island how much it seemed possible.
