This long time favored and go to rootstock for Florida nurseries is becoming harder to find locally as these old trees have been cut down leading now to a reliance on turpentine seed imports from Costa Rica or the Dominican Republic.

I've seen them cut down because most don't like the fruit. It's viewed as a Garbage tree.
