    Just scored a “Used” Potensic Atom w/Flymore kit off of eBay for $207. Outside of the seal being broken on the box, the entire contents was brand new, never opened. Flys like a champ and is as nimble as my DJI Mini 3 Pro.

    Well - I went with the Atom after a bunch of research - I liked the Fly More Combo and extended flight time with the 3 batteries and the charger... After having flown lots of other drones over the years, this is my first mini and the thing is that to have it all in a small form factor is a huge advantage to not have all the weight to carry. Great video and thanks for the info from here in Northern California.

    I just got this drone for my very first and I think it's awesome. I've been flying it as much as I can. It's so much fun and the images and video looks really good. Or good enough for a newb like myself.

    Informative review, thanks for putting in the work. I just ordered one because my "other" drone is geofenced and although Im seldom over 50ft AG, I gotta submit request, and when I move, I have to do it again and again, it takes about 5 minutes to get a request but its quite an aggravation. I just want to fly, my FAA app shows the restrictions so I dont need a nanny over my shoulder.

      I agree completely. It takes longer to get approval in Australia to fly near restricted areas

    I'm here looking for a DJI alternative in case the US bans them. Had two Mavic Minis hit a tree thru no fault of my own...battery showed 2 lights (50%) and still tried to return to home thru some trees which resulted in the first one breaking the gimbal upon impact with the ground and the second one ejecting the battery and sim card which caused me to loose some very important footage. Plus the geofencing on the DJI was ridiculous so many times. Hope this one is the answer!

      The Atom really is a decent little drone:). Sorry to hear about your other drone mishaps

      Why would the US ban them?

    Looking for my first drone-- would you recommend this or DJI Neo---also thinking I will upgrade to the Avata 2 or what ever model is out when I want to change it out

    • @reviewprodigy
      @reviewprodigy  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thats a very good question. If you are looking to get into FPV flying with the Avata2 later on then the Neo is probably a better option as you can buy the goggles and controller(at extra cost) and fly it like an FPV. But if you arent going down that path the I would choose the atom as your first drone

      @@reviewprodigy Ok great thanks-- there is no guarantee I will upgrade any time soon-- so either way tech will change in 4 yrs so there will be tons of options.. I want one for my Thailand trip this December to film some easy stuff... thanks again

    The FIMI Se Mini V2 or 3 are both better. If one does not need the Intelligent Shots, the DJI Mini 4K is much better., but essentially approximately the same price.

    And no propeller guards from potensic 1 year later! This is why DJI is king!
