Are we supposed to remove the moss? When?
Yes, remove the moss as soon as you receive the plant.
@@Ugaoo please mention this on your packaging itself. This was nowhere mentioned in any of my previous purchases with Ugaoo and recently came to know from a care card.

I just received ugaoo orders today and packages came as cardboard boxes with no moss nothing and soil spilled over. And the order was made from your own website. Also did not get those black plates as well. Really disappointed @ugaoo
