I think the T-posing models were hidden in 4:3 but with a modern 16:9 setting you can slip out with some of these older games. Forcing Widescreen on some Gamecube games does this too.
About that image at 16:20, I recognize 3DS Max's interface. 3DS Max being a 3D modeling program used by many studios. And the big yellow circle thing is the rotation tool. So this is basically a screenshot of someone's modeling scene of various objects :P
Fun fact about this scene 7:20 These gang members don't really disappear at the point that you can't see them. They jut get invisible (you can see their guns floating), and then disappear with the whole train after an X time. If you manage to fail the mission and stay near the train, you can actually go and shoot them!
I actually did that the first time I failed the mission. When the train stopped right before the locked bridge I climbed up to the train and saw some guns floating. I shot at them and they started shooting back.
I never realized they are in. a T pose in the beginning of drive through and you can still see them in that pose. Surprised Rockstar didn't move them out of view of the camera

I'm fairly certain the image on the computer screen is a screen shot of an old version of 3D Studio Max with some levels loaded into it. 3DS Max is modelling software used by a lot of developers to make assets for games, and I definitely recognize the circular controller in the center of the screen and the layout is almost exactly the same as older versions of Max, though it's hard to be absolutely certain with how low resolution it is. Great video by the way!
13:33. i think the reason for this police car might be that the "cinematic" model for tempeny is attached to that police car in some way so they both have to be loaded in the scene for them to use that specific animation rig. i assume it was too much hastle to make and use a second cinematic rig for PS2 Era hardware that is only used in 2 scenes . either that or the person animating that scene had no access to the no car model so they just moved the rig for the car somewhere off camera to use the tempeny model that is attached to it. no they cant seperate them on the fly cause it could brake a bunch of existing code.
Most of the time when you find random items outside the map (e.g the photos out side the caravan) its due to scripts being attached to them, its easier to clone an existing asset then it is make a new one, we also saw the other method in the previous video with the strange green cube in the fridge.
I think the police car in End of the Line 3 cutscene is a oversight, probably initially Tenpenny was supposed to be be in a police car during the chase and crash it at some point, but then they changed it to fire truck but forgot to remove the beta model polce car.

Floating objects in rooms is usually a sign that the room has been copy and pasted from a different location, this room may have been used elsewhere in earlier versions of the game but then cut, if so, the developers may have needed a one time only location and duplicated the removed one for that scene, they didn't need all the assets hence the floating picture frames!
The police car in Tenpenny death I think is car when Tenpenny is supposed to drive in it instead of Firetruck, but was cut during development. (sorry if I have bad English)
You should check out some of the underwater secrets and wild life in San Andreas, it's pretty interesting. Also, when the container ship sinks, does it still have enter able rooms?

I remember fooling around with glitches and such to explore the sea bed and finding that off the east coast of san fierro are big deep cracks in the floor like faultlines that would exist in the real life inspiration for the city.
Isnt the remix theme from the MSX channel in Part 3......lol its all good .....GTA San Andreas is a monster classic.....i can play this game a hundred time and never get bored of it. To me my favorite part of the game when we first arrive in San Fierro (San Francisco). Meeting new characters, getting the sense what San Fran like. I been to San Fran...and i feel in love of the city. Deep hills, cable cars, beautiful view of Golden Gate Bridge to the deep greenery of the Redwood forrests. Bottomline Rockstar Games always dominate the open world crime games but i dont think they understand when they made San Andreas that put a blue stamp on the GTA series......thanks Rockstar for a nostalgia open world greatness.

I try to do a full play through of the games I record first just to remind myself of certain parts and whilst I'm doing this I sometimes record. (This is why in this game CJ has different clothing in certain scenes) but then I go back and repeat missions because it can take 2-3 goes to get the footage right for each scene.
I think the editor on the monitor is just an empty area with all the different types of desks. Either for makings sure they work, or to easily copy and paste them when making interiors. A lot of games have inaccessible rooms and stuff in the code where there's every kind of something. Used for testing.
You should do those behind the camera scenes and original scene side by side (or the orginial in game scenes in a small box in the corner while you adventure around) so we can see what it looks like from both sided of the "camera" lol

Well, it is out of the camera view if you have a 4:3 or a 5:4 monitor/resolution. The game came out when most people had squarish TVs and monitors.
