Wow! We were at Watermead with my son and his partner, as they have just got into parkrun and we wanted to support them - hence no pow-wow for us. Having watch Nic's video and this one, now I have FOMO!!!! (Or should that be "AMO" (Actually Missing Out))?

Both work to be honest. We try to keep as open to new people as possible whilst appreciating our long-term listeners.
There’s a Facebook group for ‘the parkrun show’ listeners that also can give context on things if needed.
