At 14:00 Who shouldn't flip? The biggest "risk" I often see are those who know nothing or little about basic rehab, then the wrong contractors can easily take them for a ride.
Definitely do both if you have the risk tolerance. I quit my job as senior sys admin at a local hospital last September to focus on real estate full time. I had been part time for about 4 years prior to quitting. I would never go back to a 9 to 5. I make way more and have room to scale and have way more freedom. I spent 2 months in the Algarves this past winter and would never be able to do that with a 9 to 5.
Facts. Regardless of which direction you go, it's WORK. Don't want to work? This is not the career path. Owning real estate is a time game. No time to put in? There are other, better routes to go.

Hello. Great episodes and an absolutely great decision to bring Cam to the show.
One question to video makers, Spotify also nowadays supports videos. Can we have these videos on there as well. Sometimes like to listen with video sometimes during a walk. Not neeting TH-cam paid version (only for this) ao I have to always switch between spotify and youtube.
Just asking since many podcasts have videos on Spotify, would this be possible foe you guys also?
