Something about the past screams "Individualism" to me. Like back in the day the world somehow knew that people wanted things that reflected themselves in a way and options like wild colours and style for the EVERYDAY person, not just the super rich were available. Now, its like the world wants to remind you if you are NOT rich, you are more or less a cog in the machine who needs a regular A-B car to give you enough just to get you to work. I mean can you imagine, working at a factory, or farm or any kind of labouring job back in 1971 and at the end of the day, drive home in one of these? I know people may disagree. But I feel the world has done all it can to take the fun out of the every day man's life. Be it Lock outs at bars and pubs on Saturday night. Next to no city parking without paying high fees for it. Something about today just feels too bland. Am I wrong?
This falcon gt has 2 side mirrors,, the falcon 351gt came with one side mirror only, replicas came with both. it's a replica 351 gt ho, not an original unfortunately, it's an original replica . However, still in very good condition

A message to all those XY GT HO Lovers, This Friday over in the good old USA at a place called Monterey, California Mecum held its annual Monterey Auction. On Friday California time Lot F144 crossed the block & sold, I urge you to google Mecum Auction Results for Monterey some great cars for sale. So how much for this beautiful Mustang, I hope you XY GT HO Phase 3 lovers are sitting down $52,250 USD that's right $52,250 USD. So if you had $100,000 Australian you can fly to California have a 2 weeks holiday live it up, buy & cruise you Big Block Mustang, load it up into a container, fly back home & await it arrival then go XY GT HO hunting all day everyday blowing any XY GT HO into the weeds whilst looking beautiful in a stunning 1971 Fastback Mustang. Secondly if you were to sell it you probably make a profit out of it here in Australia if not make your money back in USA without a doubt. For $600K you can buy say a 1970 or 1971 Plymouth or Dodge Pony Car either Challenger or Cuda with either a 426 Hemi or 440 Six Pack, 4 speed with a Dana 60 arse end & both these cars are desired all over the muscle car world & they never loose value, instant recognition & a hell of alot sexier & gorgeous than a XY GT or no GT. My point there is better buying atm out of USA than there has ever been everyoje off loading there muscle cars & there are some great bargains to be bought. You look at a XA GT RPO 83 Hardtop in my opinion the most beautiful Ford to be built in Australia, these Hardtop's should be head & shoulder over any XY GT HO alo day every day without a doubt, there is no comparison between an XA to an XY. Yet a XA Hardtop is fetching over $150K & that is justified in my opinion yet a 1971 Ford Torino GT with a 429 CJ with a 4 speed you can buy for $30K at Auction over in the states similar body style to the XA Hardtop but bigger. Still prefer the XA. I have a 1970 VG 770 Hardtop Hemi Valiant which after 3 years of painful restoration is about to be back on the road. I have been offered $60K once I finish it, but why should I sell it & let someone else enjoy my Valiant after all my hard work, yet I can sell it do over to the states buy a 1969 Dodge GTS with a 340 cubic with a 4 speed for $30K USD in excellent condition.
