Definitely not these guys first rodeo! Through the two parts of this crane erection, I never saw any crew member standing around killing time! They were constantly hard at it, and it was clear that they had no doubt what to do or when to do it! Mad skills by all including the operating engineer running the massive mobile crane! He put every piece spot on! As the first horizontal piece went up with tag line attached, I was anxious to see if they would just unhook it and toss, but being 100% professional in all respects, they hooked it on a sling and sent it back down to the exact spot it was needed next! The crane manufacturers, both mobile and tower, have done a great job of designing these things in an easily assembled/disassembled modular manner! This is massive machinery, but watching the procedures gives the false impression of being Lego like! Nothing could be further from the truth! Great job on these shows btw! Thanks!
Glad to see you back, as usual the videos are first class! Thanks!
Much appreciated!
Congratulations on your professionalism!
Beautiful work!
A big hug from Brazil!
Hey, my husband ❤ So proud to see him work so hard !
Thank you!! The music was perfect. Those men are a wonder, the design is another. My hat is off to you and those men.
My anxiety was high, my palms were sweating. I had to fast forward a few times. You would never had found me up there even when I was young!
See , I told you it was easy .phew I don’t envy those chaps at the top building that monster . It’s all about teamwork and being able to rely on your co worker knowing exactly what to do and when to do it .what ever they pay you it’s not enough. Respect to you all .😊
I always wanted to know how they put together the tower crane and how they dismental. This video is one of the best I have every seen. Hats off to these brave and skilled workers. What a great team work with full safety in vision and practice. Thank you so much for sharing this. I liked this video very much.
These guys deserve every dollar they get to work on the top of tower !
Great job boys. My son operates a 400 Ton Mobil for Maxim. I’m a retired IBEW Inside Wireman. Construction ROCKS ………. Big Tony
I had 40 years working with cranes ,all sorts tower crawler and mobile cranes ,did that job as well erecting cranes , operated cranes with piling rigs cranes on the water on a barge with divers in the water ,and loved every minute of it
I like the guy's red and white striped clown pants with the giant blue pockets .A touch of frivolity punctuating a dangerous and serious job,☺
Felicidades
That crane on the ground is a fabulous piece of equipment. Very nice and a very skilled operator. Great video thanks
Great video, workers and music.
These workers are heroes
working on these high environments
Impressive good working crew of professionals
This brings back memories for me, in the 1970’s I was part of the rigging team for tower cranes in Sunderland Public Works Department in the North East of England. Not sure my understanding of the risks was as great as it is now, as retired 70 year old electrician. Credit to those who do this work today, be safe and take care.
Thank you ,
🐺
You’re welcome 😊
Dude with the blue hat and vest up there has some seriously bad ass pants going on 10:30
Wow, thanks for this!!! I could not look away.
You're welcome!
These guys and gals are God's. I rock climb free solo, and I would never do this. These people rock
Excellent Video, Loved it, I never realized until now how much of a base structure that is done to support the tower.
And done within a week or less of the poured concrete base!! Must be a fast set super strong cement.
Given that there's still some reo protruding through I wonder if it ends up being part of the building structure?
Merci. AMAZING! from Lyon France
Amazing job! And the fearlessness and agility of the individual erectors is heart-stopping!
grear show,my hat is off to the iron workers or the assemblers.great job fellers and thanks for sharing

Amazing concept & proof in function. Like Gigantic Erector set.

What a wonderful team of Men & women it took to put this job together , not counting all the trucks and equiptment , hundreds of hours ? My hats go off to those guys up in the sky Damn , what a team ? Yaĺl kicked Ass on this job, Wonderful work, i sure did enjoy watching both videoś.. Please be safe ? See Ya. Texas

Super skilful workers, so cooperative work.

Awesome video! Alway wonder how Tower Cranes our put together. I can't believe, I watch both part 1 & 2. I learn a lot about them on how they go together. I enjoy the music and the time lapse to.
Congratulations to the contributors of this flawless work!
That was well worth watching. Good filming and editing too. Thank you.
Thing of the planning, engineering and design of these structures

Thank you for The Video. Very interesting
Glad you enjoyed it!
Mesmerizing ‼️. Loved the entire two part video. Understanding all the preparation and support for the cranes, all 3 of them. Under structures, safety for the men working. Beautiful. I would the hospital construction.
Amazing! Glad to see the riggers use safety lines!
Love the music.
These guys must drink a lot of coffee before work. They move so fast. Good Job!!!!!!!!
This is art!

Thanks. Great video :)
You're welcome
such a high crane turned out)) thank you funny videos are obtained from you
25:10 the clown pants guy is nonchalantly standing atop the crane 280 feet up smoking a cigarette. Probably the only place in the city where you can smoke without getting a ticket.
Smoking a Marlboro red. 🤣
Excellente vidéo, bravo !
Yo no sirvo para montar nada a esas alturas 😮
I always wondered, now I know how they do it. Amazing...
I've been watching the video and don't want to be smart, but what a fiddling to secure that small white rotating part! ( 4:00 )
that man has to climb around all the time, how hard is it to think that you could make a small balcony around (at the right height! ).
respect for the guys who do the construction work up there!
Greetings from the Netherlands!
Rob
Nice work, if I look at how work is done great. Unfortunately it is too high work for me, afraid of heights.
Great work
i don't know what you said , but i gave you a thumbs up!

good work mate
Super vidéo merci
Nice job
Well done
Does that gap stay where the joint is on the 2 section boom - or is it a jib. Fascinating video.
EXCELENTE VIDEO Y BUENA MUSICA
Ohhhh I adore this . Unfortunately, there is no composition in these beautiful works. I want learn for this
Good job. gods bless.
It's really respectable for people working at that very dangerous height, for me personally, it's too scary to look at.
Keep up the amazing content#hospitalconstruction
Awesome Loved it thank you I never realized that Part of the gantry dint connect at the top half way along its length it does at the bottom but not the top Thanks
Agreed, it does look weird with that missing but that link is not required as the stay cables are carring that part of the load. But you are right and and I have never noticed that before on other set ups.
The adjustment of the outer bridal should have been done on the ground before the outer jib was lifted into place. All the information of where the bridals pin are in the manual for every jib configuration from L1 and longer, someone who was in charge wasn’t paying attention or read the manual wrong that’s why you always check 2-3 times before the any piece leaves the ground.
Just think of walking on a reilroad track on the ground now raise that track up a hundred feet and see if you can walk that same track up one hundred feet and still walk on it ! Big difference than on the ground ! , amazing !
those workers are core of our modern society
Grandioso trabajo
Good jobs all of you❤
Excelente.

What a brave man real spider man🕸️🕸️🙏🙏🙏
bravo
What was very interesting. I guess I always thought what was the point of a tower crane if you have a crane that can already reached as high as you need to go from the ground? But what I found really interesting, I always thought these things kind of built upon themselves. Where the cab if the tower crane and motorized elements would go on top of the first section, then it would have some type of climbing mechanism where it would cinch itself up inside the legs, and then pull the outer legs up beside it and swing it in, then when all 4 were in place, the inner legs would release (the cab now on the outer legs), and the cinching apparatus would lift the whole cab, since itself up high again, and then repeat the process
There are several types of tower crane. You have Swan neck tower cranes, Luffing Jib tower cranes, Saddle back tower cranes (in this video), Pedestrian tower cranes (small remote self-erecting). I'm English so, some of these might have different names over the pond. You are correct in what you say. Some can and, do self-build so, to speak. I drove luffing and, saddle back cranes for seven years. I loved every minute of it.
Some types of tower cranes do raise themselves higher. You can see a few examples of that on this channel, including here:

Wow !
Here's a crazy idea: just make it remote control! Use cameras and stay on the ground instead of certain death during accident
