When we ordered the set dinner $108 with 片皮鴨 and other 4 dishes @ 樽宴大酒楼. The manager stated they will fixed kitchen stoves issue but one hour later we found out that they are not able to fix it. At the end, the bill as $73.45 and I paid $100 and return us around $15 and I though they return us $26 and at the end I tip them 10% and only got $5 back and did not look at the return amounts. Total I paid 29% TIPS. Where should I file a complaint? Consumer Protection Ontario?
The receipt did not stated TIPs was included. After all the research and calls with the government resource and offer solutions. I decided to give another try to 樽宴大酒楼 after the call discussion with the manager. I will pay for around $48 to get back the missing 4 dishes as carry out to complete our yesterday's goal to try the new $108 deck dinner set deal. We like 樽宴大酒楼 that's why we go there.
