I think I've been watching you for about four years now, and you are by far my most favourite book-tube vlogger/TH-camr. Keep doing what you're doing :) your content is great🦄
i've been enjoying your recent wrap-up vlogs so much!! i honestly love them, and how you show little snippets of your day throughout the vlog, instead of only filming reading updates. i've said it before, but you've stepped up your editing game and i'm so here for it. i hope you're having a great (and less stressful) day!
The best moments are when you're together but you're both doing something different. I'm always reading while he's playing video games or watching tv. I love that feeling of exhaustion right after a work out.
I LOVE LOVE this video. I'm definitely going to vlog the next Tome Topple, this was so much fun! I film videos in my spare room, which is really small and there's no room for big lights, plus it's too exhausting for me with chronic pain to deal with big lighting systems, so I actually use two really small desk lamps with bright daylight bulbs and it works great for me, I just bounce the light off the walls and it does the job perfectly! Also, we're sunglasses twins haha! Loved this!
Great video! 😍❤ I myself read six tomes - 3,849 pages - during Tome Topple Round 4. I was happy to have read enough books to have one for each of the five challenges, but slightly disappointed that my per-day page average was just 275 pages. (I had been hoping more for a 300-400-page count per day.) But I am VERY happy that I managed to finish ALL of the tomes I had for this 'thon. 😊❤ I hope you are happy with what you read! 😀❤
Buying books is always great for stressful weeks :) I splurged on a book outlet order (12 books for $37) and it the promise of great books to read already made this week a lot better :) Love your reading vlogs! I'm looking forward to your reviews!
Love watching these. I've been in a reading slump but your readathon vlogs always get me in the mood to read into the wee hours of the night haha. BTW Where is your watch from? It's gorgeous.
I'm also doing a few readathons, first time I ever participated in one and I really liked your Readathon-guide vid, helped me out a lot.... looking forward to your "the reading quest"-update since I'm also doing that one ;D I really like these kinds of vlogs, motivate me everytime ! ;D
I really like the behind the scenes vibe your vlogs have, also I am super regretting not joining the readathon :( Annnnnd wow it's weird to see winter on your end, makes me really appreciate the warmth right now :D
seriously I need to know ! ;-) I'm in Aus now and loving alll the new bookshops I can visit. BUT HAVEN'T SEEN THIS ONE. Where can I find the bookshop round the 12 min mark??? Anyone? Help me out here.
This was such a fun vlog! Thank you for sharing! Also, dang girl! I could never read over 2300 pages in 14 days! You are a fast reader! What do you do at the publishing company you work for? Looks like a gorgeous office!
hey I have a question! Are you still in your Bachelors, or in your Masters or PhD? Since you already work at a publishing house (I think? Is Bloomsbury a publisher?), how do you manage do reconcile work and uni?
You can search the book you're reading on Goodreads and see how many pages it has. Then you transform the hours of the audiobook into minutes and divide it by the number of pages of the physical book. This gives you the quantity of minutes equivalent to a page. The book Catriona is reading ("The wise man's fear") has 994 pages and it's audiobook is 42h 50min long which is 2570 minutes. 2570/994=2.6. This means 2.6 minutes are needed to read one page. To know how many pages she has read you just need to divide the minutes of audiobook she has listened between 2.6. In the video (minute 16:43) that would be 24x60+54= 1494. 1494/2.6= 575. So she had read 575 pages of the physical book by that moment.
I would love to know your thoughts on Carry On! I just finished it recently for #TheReadingQuest and I'm still trying to figure out how to feel about it.
I created a Goodreads Bookclub called Diamonds in the Rough Bookclub! I would love if you would join, Katrina. (I hope I spelled your name right!) I also love your channel so much!

Hi! I have a question...how do you convert audiobooks hours into pages? Thank you! :)
Prinxo you basically find where you are on a physical copy of the book
Thanks, but if I buy the audiobook I don't but the physical copy of the book...
