About Young Sheldon:

After all the Coopers did for Pastor Jeff, including helping him to meet his future wife, his actions in later seasons make me like the character even less!
Most pastors are like that
He was afraid to stand up for the Coopers and teach tolerance for teenage George. Being afraid to lose his job showed that he was a hypocrite. In fact that whole darned church was full of self righteous hypocrites. Meemaw and Georgie should have egged it.

@Christopher Bingham I mean, it just flips the status quo. When Mary is around, Sheldon can do no wrong. When she isn't around, George doesn't discipline any of them and just focuses on the greatest issue. Like how in Season 4 he ignored Sheldon and Missy because of what was going on with Georgie.
It wasn't right for Georgie to tape over Sheldon's tv show. Do they only have one blank video tape? Buy another one, cheap ass George. And Missy has no right to bring a live chicken into their home. And Mary should be at home taking care of her family instead of kissing up to that dreadful pastor.

As a little boy, Sheldon’s character was endearing and cute but as he got older, he was becoming just irritating to watch and very annoying to listen to into season 4. I’m so glad they focused on the other characters and their issues with Memaw, Missy and Georgie/Mandy.
