This House is to Die for, perfect for me!
Finally a small home that with minor modifications is fully wheelchair accessible yet someone I’m hoping somewhat affordable. Fantastic design and with one small tweak it would even fit my 61 grand I can’t live without. I got the 5 acres, Now I need to find out how much it would cost me to build this on my property. Beautiful simplistic design. One other modification worthy of consideration is the addition of a half bath and a mud room or some form of utility room. Storage is the necessity even in small homes. The utility room would facilitate the usage of full-size freezer and more. Other than that I’m in love with this home.
I love the light in this home! It’s very warm with all the natural wood, too.
This cottage is very lovely and it’s set up right to me.. I don’t recall seeing the bathroom but anyone would

Absolutely beautiful little home!
I like this place. The only item missing is a view of the bathroom. It's a good getaway home in the country for a newly retired couple. Very intimate.

Lovely. Well proportioned with the windows in the right place for sensible placement of furniture - live that the kitchen cabinets are set up windows like that.
Sorry - English failed me this morning. I meant that I loved that the kitchen cabinets were set above the windows like that...

I like this floor plan best of most tiny home layouts. It doesn't feel so cramped horizontally/width wise.
I would have French doors installed in both bedrooms, and instead of two bunk beds, I would have an office that was convert able to a bedroom with a Murphy bed, small sofa, coffee table, dual motor power recliner, Asian rug, and built-in shelves and lower cabinet flanking the Murphy bed.
Slightly proportionally increasing the dimensions would make the kitchen, living area, and bedrooms be more spacious and allow for full-sized appliances and more storage where you need it.
Otherwise, the design is very attractive and appealing.
Question: What are all the dimensions, external and internal?

You may need to install a partition between kitchen a living space for heating sake. That would be a big space to heat in colder weather. Perhaps underfloor heating would reduce this possibility a little, but would still be expensive.

Cottage?! It is a full fledged house!
With all those windows it would be impossible to heat and cool in this Texas weather! I would make the bedrooms a little bigger and the kitchen/living room smaller. That's just me. Thanks ~Sidney

Its normal standard in Denmark as a summer huse. Ore more like a All year holliday house. Sonne huse is from my part of Denmark.
As a summer house it is missing a canopy area to enjoy summer evenings, sitting in open air when raining in summertime is restful not when you get wet tho, no need for a conservatory as home has plenty of various lighting throughout the day as windows at different angles. Good one

so beautiful. My dream house that I want is this. but may question is what is the heating system.
It looks great but for my taste a bit too much wood and beige colored. (Floor, walls and the ceiling)

You could place a shed on the property and build it out anyway you desire.
The same question comes to my mind. One of the things that makes a small or tiny home work is the use of space so that it doesn’t need to be cluttered with furniture.
Usually this guy’s prices are freakin’ outrageous. The music must be done by an in-law too.

nice design but only practical for short stays - no clothing storage anywhere except two relatively small units in the master. Kids don't have clothes?

At $2000 a square metre its very expensive given that it not a full house. Where I come from that price will get you a high end house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Love the cottage but that’s all it is.
