DUDE!!! I have been looking for a good recipe for Chicken Tikka Masala... and here you've had it all along. Thank you so much. Going to make this dish this week with chicken, and one with tofu for the vegetarian wife.
While I was traveling in India I learned a trick, get a warm pan and toast the Garam Masala for a minute then add it to the mixture. It blooms the oils and totally takes the flavor to another level.
I purchased a Timberline Treager smoker/grill a few months ago. Love it. Not my first though, it replace an HD300 and Treager Jr before that. Hope you are loving yours too.
Dennis, even before u cooked it-ur description alone has brought enough water in my mouth. Love ur food pics n the recommendation of the lenses Already. Own a Nikon d5300 with a 50mm f1.8g. Do u think I upgrade the camera to d7200 or d7500 as also one more lens for photography. Thanks
Hey that was a lovely video...this is also a signature Indian recipe. We have it a lot in India. The vegetarians use Paneer instead of Chicken. But this is the yummiest curry ever, which we have with sliced onions at the side and Tandoori Roti.
Loved those minor improvisations that you did. I too try to do it while I cook indian food. Just one thing I wanted to include is you don't require that huge amount of turmeric, one tea spoonful should be enough. You cooked really good btw!!!
Dennis The Prescott I’m totally going to try to cook this 👌🏻 love the videos dude! It’s a good job you can’t smell through TH-cam or I’d be forever hungry watching your videos!!
man!! i am from Asia (Bangladesh) so this dish is actually a norm for me but DUDE!!! you just took it to next level man!!! thanks for the video. It made me appreciate the dish even more.
Oh myyyy lands, if they invent a “smell through TH-cam” feature, that’s all I’ll be doing for the rest of my life 😂 Seriously incredible video. I can’t wait to make this! 😍
Well me being an Indian and a chef , I can say that u nailed it but there are a few mistake... there is no cardamom and tomato paste in this recipe, use fresh tomato purée and not the canned ones. Rather than that perfect.
Looks good.. though I think u should give credit to India for the origin of the dish. It spread across other countries when British ruled India for 200 years ... and became their favorite. All the ingredients used are our everyday spices used in almost every curry.. served with rice or roti. u should def visit my country for 100s of other unique flavors 😊 .. variety of breakfast items, appetizers, main course, desserts..🤤
Awesome job Dennis I look forward to checking more out bro! You got a new subscriber! Will be cool if you wanted to check me out as well look me up here on TH-cam :) Im Nick T White hope you have a great rest of your day brother! #ChefLife

If you use plain flour instead of cream it’s healthier!!
Just watched it twice! lol
Love it!
Now for the third time! Haha
What can't you do on a Traeger?! #DennisThePrescottForPresident
Rockstar! Love it dude.
Preference in yogurt for such preparation? Whole milk vs lowfat; Greek vs ....not Greek lol, you know what I mean.
Whole milk non-Greek yoghurt is best for the marinade
Good looks!
