The only scars in Heaven will be on His hands, feet, and side...😇
What a day that will be to see Him!
I learned to forgive the faulty driver that caused a severe car crash with me later being in coma and half paralyzed for a half a year. I learned not only forgiveness and being freed from the burden of unforgiving heart, but why I needed one. I accepted Jesus as my personal Savior just because I understood what Jesus did for me. I did need His forgiveness and salvation. Then, 25 years ago, I was prompted to read Isaiah 53 verse 5 and instead of reading pronouns, put my name there. Wow! Jesus did die for me! I need His forgiveness. I asked Jesus to come into my life. Through and because of His scars I am healed. Thank You, Lord, for Your grace! Thank You for saving me!

Glory to the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. The sinless and spotless Lamb of God who was bruised for our iniquities. He was pierced for our transgressions. The punishment that brought us peace was upon Him and by His stripes we are healed. Our beautiful Savior was scarred and beaten beyond recognition because of His unconditional love for us. Jesus identifies with our scars and He is able to soothe every scar of affliction we endure in this life. His grace and mercy is everlasting. His compassion never ceases. His glory is overwhelming. The more scars we endure for our Lord, the greater the glory we will experience with Him. In the name of our Savior Jesus Christ we are more than conquerors. Amen.
By HIS stripes, me and children and generations are healed completely. Amen

I really needed to hear this as my best friend’s granddaughter just shot herself because of her depression. We are truly suffering so much over these days and need to remember that God loves with our scars and none of us are perfectly formed with scars.
