Your a good teacher. The speed bag demonstration is Very easy to follow and learn. I've gotten my speed up with the knuckle and side fist. Well try it.😁

Great job! I like what you're doing. Please slow down the lessons and explain the rebound of each strike. It's hard to see where the bag is striking the platform while you're going so fast. Good stuff!!
I wish you had a "how to video" of how you created your speed bag setup that fitted you. From items and cost, to setup, to frames/welding, to cutting the wood, etc that would be cool.

Yo..bro. Does it make a difference..wat type of swivel u have ...cause i have the cheap stock everlast wida..ball n hook..kinda goes all over daplace...mad props to u bro u gotvit down pretty good😎😎👍👍
I have that same ~$80 speed bag platform and have had to put a bag of sand on top. It can leak and shift around sometimes so it works but not ideal. I was wondering how it would perform with some thicker wood added to the top. It looks like you have a couple 1.25" round panels on yours and getting that nice solid sound from it. Did you glue the boards together or were the 4 bolts enough to hold it nice and tight? Nice video man, thanks for posting!
Hugh Alter hey thanks for the comment yeah in this video i just added 2 1"x24" it really helped i did glue and screw each board to each other and had to buy longer screws for swivel, ive since fabricated a whole bracket with heavy duty angle iron, i plan on making a whole new setup soon ill post it in my channel
On this platform all I did was add 2 24” boards on top of the original everlast board. It worked well, I’ve since made a lot different ones. Thanks for the comment
I'm trying to get doubles leading with my right my leading with left doubles are decent because I'm dominate with my right hand if that makes any sense. I'm also trying out that back hand with one hand but I'm struggling with that right now.

Those are 24” round board you can buy at Lowes or Home Depot, they definitely help out

Why do u put the extra weight on top for ? i have the same setup , and never had any need to put any weight on top... i dont understand ?

what's a good height? some say the bottom of the bag should be at eyes level. yours is clearly around your neck, isn't that too low?
