      Thanks Jay! Good to see you on here. Was there any issues with the video in your opinion? I am still working on the new software. One person said to delete the music and another said to raise the volume a bit.

    Awesome video. That unidentified item Chad found is a card catalog drawer pull. Cards were organized in accordance with the Dewey Decimal System.

    Hi guys , good to see you out again and you both had a good day plenty of interesting finds and i would be giving that overhang and the surrounding area a good going over a great place to shelter for probably hundreds of years , great video enjoyed it best wishes Rob .

      Hey Rob, always good to see you here! I scoured that overhang area for as much as I could without digging too deep. It may even have Native items underneath. By the way, I have been trying to convince Chad to take a trip to the UK with me. I traced my family back to one of my great grandfathers, Earl of Derby, William II de Ferrers. Would you guys want to meet? I believe Derby is somewhat close to you.

    It’s nice y’all are back! I agree with Steve that the item @ 7:26 was from a filing cabinet. The hame handle @ 21:15 reminded me of the old brass finials found on old iron beds of the turn of the last century. It was nice seeing this property and that amazing old cut stone chimney. Thanks for taking us along- happy hunting and happy holidays!

    • @bluecreekdetectors
      @bluecreekdetectors  5 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Happy holidays to you as well! Thanks for the IDs. I can see that could be a bed finial. We tried detecting around that chimney but it was to recently torn down. I hope to get access to the full mill site for the full length documentary as this is a big historical place for elk river history.

      @@bluecreekdetectors wow! Thats awesome! I hate to hear the chimneys torn down. That was so picturesque. It’s an amazing property!

      @bluecreekdetectors  5 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @jefflawrentz1624 ooo sorry, i meant the chimney is still standing, but the house* around it was somewhat recently torn down so there was still a lot of debris. The chimney is in wonderful condition. Those vines make it look like a tree trunk lol

    Some of those old hollers are spooky and you always feel like someone is watching you off in a distant. Nice looking permission. That area looks like it’s loaded with relics hiding in the ground. Like you said the ground is a funny thing. You can walk an area many times and find something each time.

    Welcome back men, good seeing a video again! Beautiful scenery, that small white bullet, looked to me as a 36 cal. bullet, used during the civil war. That big overhang, I would be looking for native american artifacts for sure. Nice buckles also! Might want to bump up the volume! God Bless all and a Merry Christmas if I don't get to see you.
