Bună, Will!

Înțeleg, mulțumesc foarte mult 😊 I wouldn't address the person serving me like that but once in a while i may have to ask someone else in a restaurant or bar to call my server/waiter.

Is there any notable difference between "să ne aduceți ... vă rog" and "aduceți-ne ... vă rog"?

"Aduceți-ne!" is in the imperative mode (we use imperative when we express command, order, interdiction, advice, etc.). "Să ne aduceți" is in the conjunctive mode. According to its definition, the conjunctive expresses a possible or achievable action. Nevertheless, many times it can be used instead of an imperative. There is a slight difference between the two: "Să ne aduceți" (conjunctive) is felt as less aggressive than "Aduceți-ne!" (imperative). In this case, the conjunctive is like a suggestion, whereas the imperative as an order. Both forms are used, it depends on what message you want to convey.
