2:35 here’s another fun fact, the reason for this is because the method they used to create cell’s effect is by putting a clone of every part that’s a tiny bit smaller inside of everything, and making everything else on the outside 1% transparent. Since the radius is a glass sphere, this allows the tempo effect to make everything outside the sphere appear reflective like the inside parts and everything inside to appear almost normal. The reason it happens here is because vestige’s hat is curved inwards, so when it’s shrunken slightly it actually peeks out.

hey jack harm, I recently found a secret parting upgrade called ‘tax evasion’. I’m not sure how I got it, but only thing I remember about it is that with this upgrade, all successful attacks you do damages you for 50% of the damage dealt. I cant remember the other things this secret upgrade does. hope you can mention this upgrade soon.

But well, to get *Tax Evasion* , you need to skip an upgrade screen when *Death And Taxes* is present.
What it does, is the opposite of *Death And Taxes*

You gain 50% lifesteal but lose 5 health per second when you have more than 25% health. Gain 0.5% increased power per missing % of health
*Tax Evasion*
You take 50% of the damage you deal but heal 5 health per second. Gain 0.5% increased power per % of health remaining.
