Young people are under so much pressure to be successful and make a living that they don't "work hard" for it (it isn't fair that newer generations have to work harder than past ones - for example needing more education than before) and instead "taking shortcuts" (creating new jobs that older generations don't understand). When I worked at Macy's some of the corporate employees worked in our building but it was a call center job so I never considered myself working in corporate america.

I worked for Mcdonalds and Target as a teen and Macy's (call center) during college. I never considered myself working in corporate America.
