How to Play King of the Hill:
King of the Hill does not require any mods to play (unless you want to play a modded map or RHS koth). Just type 'King of the Hill' in the mission section of the search filter. Infantry only servers will have "INFANTRY ONLY" or possibly "INF" in the server name. Look for servers running the v14 version of King of the Hill, but everyone's stats were reset for the update to v10. Some servers such as Hostile Takeover have started their own version of koth and there has been no stat wipe on those servers if you can't deal with the wipe. Just watch out for those servers running xp and money multipliers, you could loose your stats from playing on these servers.

i dont get it how you can hit (fast) flying things with maaws. i have no talent for that.
You just need more practice bro
Yeah, it's a lot of practice. If you take the explosives perk then you get extra rockets which is useful for helping to learn and I do sometimes practice in the editor too. The thing with the MAAWS is that the rockets travel very fast and on a reasonably straight trajectory for the first 200 meters or so, so you can hit fast moving vehicles if they're not too far. It's when they are far away and moving fast that they are hardest to hit.

its so hard to get into koth solo, especially when the starting rifle takes maybe 4-5 body shots to actually kill whilst you're getting one shotted
Play the objective and pick up weapons from the ground. Eventually you can buy more stuff. Hang in there
